Because our crews have to make up the work normally scheduled on the day of the holiday, collections may start several hours earlier than usual the next day. If your garbage pickup day is the day after a holiday, put your garbage (and recycling) out on the holiday. Because of the volume, the truck will not be sent back. There will be no service on the following holidays: Memorial Day There will be NO SERVICE on Monday, May 30th. Service will be on Tuesday. Tuesday’s service will be on Tuesday. Put out recycling and garbage on Monday night. July 4th There
will be NO SERVICE on Monday, July 4th. Service will be on
Tuesday. Tuesday’s service will be on Tuesday. Put out
recycling and garbage on Monday night. Labor Day There will be NO SERVICE on Monday, September 5th. Service will be on Tuesday. Tuesday’s service will be on Tuesday. Put out recycling and garbage on Monday night. Thanksgiving Day There will be NO SERVICE on Thursday, November 24th. Service will be on Friday. Friday’s service will be on Friday. Put out recycling and garbage on Thursday night. Christmas Day There will be NO SERVICE on Sunday, December 25th. Monday’s service will be on Monday. New Year’s Day There will be NO SERVICE on Sunday, January 1st., 2012. Monday’s service will be on Monday. |
